Last week, I read two books to some of the primary classes which focussed on kindness and generosity. The two books were two of my favourites, <strong><em>The Teddy Bear<\/em><\/strong> by David McPhail and <strong><em>Lily and the Paper Man<\/em><\/strong> by Rebecca Upjohn. Two humourous chapter books which delve into the topic of kindness,\u00a0and are\u00a0good reads for grade 2s and 3s are <strong><em>Angels, Inc.<\/em><\/strong> by Bruce McBay, a retired Burnaby teacher\u00a0and <strong><em>Three Good Deeds<\/em><\/strong> by Vivian Vande Velde.
